Welcome to Merriown ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"), operated as a sole proprietorship by Makhli Ben-Dan, located at 14 Post Rd, Suite B230, Oakland, NJ 07436. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of merriown.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our sole discretion. 3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide (billing, shipping, and payment details) is accurate and complete. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment Merriown works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Merriown" name and branding, is the property of Merriown or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Product Use Disclaimer Products sold on this Site, including any exercise, recovery, or wellness-related items, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or recovery regimen, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Use all products according to their included instructions and at your own risk.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
